The short version
We collect only what we need to check your loan and prepare your letter. We never sell your information, and we never give it to lead buyers or data brokers. We share information only when needed to provide the service you asked for, including sending your request to your mortgage servicer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
What we collect
- Loan details you type in (balance, rate, payment amounts, dates).
- Your name, email, property address, and loan number, used to prepare and deliver your letter.
- A mortgage statement, if you upload one, used to verify your details and route your letter.
- Your phone number, only if you choose to get a text reminder. It is always optional.
How we use it
- To compute your answer and show you your options.
- To prepare, mail, and track your PMI cancellation letter.
- To email you about your own case. We do not send marketing email.
- To understand whether our website and advertising are working.
Website analytics and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and a few basic actions on our site. Meta may receive information such as the page you visited, the action taken, and browser or device information. We do not send Meta your mortgage statement, loan number, signature, or the loan details you enter into the calculator. Meta handles the information it receives under its own privacy policy.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We never give your information to mortgage companies for sales leads or marketing.
- We never require a phone number to give you an answer.
Storage and deletion
Your information is stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Stripe handles payment, and Resend handles case emails. We send the information needed for your request to your mortgage servicer at your direction. Uploaded documents are used only to work your case. Email us anytime to have your documents and details deleted; our team handles these requests manually.
